Kirsty Re’Anne Westmoreland, the daughter of Glenn Westmoreland of Pine and the late Annette Westmoreland, and Tyler Daniel Knight, the son of Jimmy and Shannon Knight of Pine, would like to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

The bride-elect is a 2008 honor graduate of Pine High School. She continued her education at Carvas College, earning her certification in echocardiography, and also an associate of general studies degree at Delgado Community College. She currently is employed by North Oaks Medical Center as a cardiac monitor technician. She is the granddaughter of the late Hershel and Catheryn Westmoreland of Franklinton and the late Ottis and Josephine Pittman of Angie.

The prospective groom is a 2008 honor graduate of Pine High School. He currently attends Southeastern Louisiana University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, and is employed by the Walmart Distribution Center in Robert. He is the grandson of Mickey and Janie McGraw of Enon, and Betty Knight of Bogalusa and the late Daniel Knight.

The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, 2014, at The Louisiana Castle of Franklinton. A reception will follow in the Castle ballroom. Following their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Franklinton.
