SMITH

Bobby Phillip “Phil” Smith, 55, a resident of Angie, passed away Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014, at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Miss. He was born on Dec. 12, 1958, and he was a member of Angie Baptist Church.

He is survived by his stepfather and mother, James E. and Shelby Bryant Williams of Angie; a sister, Paige (Paul) Fornea of the Stateline Community; a brother, Shelby James (Tammi) Williams of Etowah, Tenn.; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

His father, Bobby Ray Smith, preceded him in death.

Visitation was held Saturday, Jan. 18 at Brown-McGehee Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m., and will resume on Sunday from 9 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Larry Mizell and the Rev. James Williams conducting the services. Richard Freeman and Colton Fornea will also take part in the service.
