Mr. and Mrs. Fonzie Hux of New Hebron, Miss., announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Brittany Hux, to Cody Creel, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Creel Jr. of Bogalusa.

The bride-elect is a home school graduate and employed by Berry’s Seafood in Florence, Miss.

The prospective groom is a 2008 graduate of Bogalusa High School. He is a licensed minister through United Pentecostal Church International and employed as a student pastor by New Hebron Pentecostal Church.

Vows will be exchanged on Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. at New Hebron Pentecostal Church. Invitations will be sent.ǟ
