Waymon E. “Wildman” Singley, 60, passed away Thursday, Oct. 31, 2013, at his home in Angie.

Waymon, who was born on Jan. 24, 1953, married the love of his life, Patricia Lott Singley, 25 years ago, on Dec. 22, 1987.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and three daughters, Cody (Erica) Singley of Picayune, Miss., Candace (Thomas) Guthrie of Ellisville, Miss., Megan (Dustin) Lemoine of Baton Rouge, Eric Singley of Baton Rouge and Danica (Scott) Kirkpatrick of Tylertown, Miss.; three grandchildren, Ariel, Blaine and Jace, and one on the way, Waymon Levi Singley; two sisters, Jackie (Robert) Diehl of Nashville, Tenn., and Beverly (Billy Ray) Freeman of Varnado; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Amber Singley; his parents, Carlos and Bobbie Singley; his grandparents, Billy and Myrtis Singley and Earnest and Bessie Forbes; and his father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Evelyn Lott.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 2 at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home from 5:30-10 p.m.

Visitation will continue on Sunday in the funeral home chapel from 9-11 a.m., when the visitation will move to Hilltop Baptist Church in Angie, and will continue until time for the funeral service at 2 p.m., with Bro. Mark Hobgood, Bro. Clyde Cooper and Bro. Kelly Penton officiating. Interment will follow at Hilltop Baptist Church Cemetery.

Active pallbearers are Cody Singley, Eric Singley, Zachary Seal, Mike Seal, Bryon Forbes, Kevin Magee, Zack Netherland and Brandon Jones. Honorary pallbearers are Wilfred Singley, Gussie Magee, Michael Wayne Williams, Allen Netherland, Danny Jones and Jeff Kelly.
