Mollie Joellen Herring, 70, passed away Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013 at her residence in Bogalusa.

She is survived by one son, John S. Herring Jr. (Pam) of Bogalusa; two daughters, Joy Herring of Bogalusa and Jolene (Jeff) Rhodus of Bogalusa; sisters, Delores King of Bush and Diane Kahoe of Mississippi; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stanley J. Herring; parents, Wilvie and Cleo Corkern; and one brother, Johnny Corkern.
