Sylvia Ann Carroll, 55, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at LSU Bogalusa Medical Center.

She was the beloved wife of Prentiss Rickey Carroll of Angie, and the loving and devoted mother of Brandon (Kaylyn) Owens of Ponchatoula. She is survived by her mother, Evelyn Carter of Angie; her brother, Kerry Carter, and sister, Lezley McLaurin, both of Hattiesburg, Miss.; and her truly dear friends Sharon Burge of Henleyfield, Miss., Catherine Tucker of Lumberton, Miss., and Stella Beck of Bogalusa.

Sylvia touched countless lives with her eccentric and loving personality; she was truly adored by many, loved by all who met her, and her memories will be cherished forever.

A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 6 at Calvary Christian Fellowship in Bogalusa, with Brother Larry Lassley officiating the services.
