CRAIN

Thomas “Kelly” Crain, 75, died at 2:15 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2013, at his residence in Thomas. He was born Jan. 12, 1938.

He is survived by his wife, Laura Dell Crain of Thomas; two daughters and sons-in-law, Loretta and Jeff Smith of Stateline and Melissa Batman and Richard Sullivan of Franklinton; three sons and daughters-in-law, Curtis Ray and Stacey Crain, Christopher Kelly and Michelle Crain and Virgil Allen and Belinda Crain, all of Thomas; his grandchildren and spouses, Michael and Tiffany Crain, Brandon and Nikki Crain, Kyle and Regan Smith, Kendra Smith, Jeremy Bateman, Lauren Bateman, Tiffany Crain, Aaron Crain, Cassandra Crain, Jordan Crain and Hunter Crain; and his great-grandchildren, Lillian Crain, Bella Crain, Jake Brooks, Emma Crain, Luke Crain and Chloee Galloway.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Winna Gayle Crain; his parents, Curtis “Mut” and Aline Seal Crain; and an infant sister, Evelyn Crain.

Visitation will be Sunday, May 12 at Crain Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m., and will continue on Monday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, with Eld. Donnie Broome and the Rev. Eric Williams officiating. Burial will follow in the War Crain Cemetery.
