“Divine grace of Silas and Hollis Johnson, the sun rose two generations of Love”

Kenneth Wayne Johnson, 57, passed away Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at his residence in Franklinton.

He leaves to cherish his memories, a daughter, Monique Price of McComb, Miss.; five brothers, Silas Johnson Jr. of Williamsport, Pa., Donald Ray Johnson and Roy Dail Johnson, both of Rochester, N.Y., Vernell Johnson of Franklinton and Sylvester Johnson of Houston; two sisters, Freddie M. Johnson and Vivian (Bobby) Dillon, both of Franklinton; three grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

His parents, Silas and Hollis Johnson, preceded him in death.

Visitation will be held Friday, May 10 at Crain and Sons Funeral Home in Franklinton from 2-7 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church at 1 p.m., with the Rev. Johnnie Causey officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Mariah Cemetery in Franklinton.
