Gladys Wilson Causey

Gladys Wilson Causey, 83, a native of Franklinton, passed away Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012 at Briarcliff Haven Health and Rehab Center in Atlanta, Ga. She was born Sept. 12, 1929.

She leaves to mourn her passing a loving husband, Arcell Causey; four daughters, Bettye (Ennick) Jordan of Woodinville, Wash., Donna (Erskine) Magee of Geismar, Diane (Lloyd) Van Dyke of Fayetteville, Ga. and Lillie (Roy) Stueckrath of Hampton, Ga.; and three sons, Arcell Causey Jr. of Bogalusa, Jerry (Yvonne) Causey of Slidell and Tyrone Causey of New Orleans; two sisters, Emily Marks of Franklinton and Bobbie Brown of Baton Rouge; and two brothers, Fred Wilson of Baton Rouge and Bobby J. Wilson of New Orleans; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Willie Wilson and Lucius Wilson.

Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 29, at Lear Hill Church of God In Christ from 10 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Lear Hill Cemetery.
