Deborah Gerald Farinholt, a resident of Chester, Va., passed from this world on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012.

Formerly of Pine, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to so many, as well as an avid gardener and artist. She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 26 years, Lewis Farinholt; her mother, Ella Passman Gerald; a daughter, Leah Morgan Frey; four grandchildren, David Frey, Lilian Frey, Keith Frey and Evelyn Frey; a twin brother, Keith Gerald; and a sister, Angela Melancon.

Her father, Melvin Beryle Gerald, and her grandparents, Dessie Seals Gerald, Chess Gerald, Lillie Brumfield Passman and Archie Passman, preceded her in death.

On Friday, Nov. 30, a lovely memorial service was held at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Chester.
