Rylie Anna Chain, the daughter of Susan Smith and Danny Chain Jr. of Franklinton, was born Nov. 18, 2012 at 11:43 a.m. at Lakeview Hospital in Mandeville. She weighed 8 pounds, 15.6 ounces and was 19 inches in length.
