Charles “Richard” Singley, born Feb. 25, 1947, passed away Aug. 22, 2012 at the age of 65. He was a resident of Bogalusa and a decorated veteran in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by a sister, Virginia Verger of Bogalusa, and a host of nieces and nephews and other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Dymple Stewart Singley; a brother ,Wilson Singley Jr.; and a sister, Sheila Singley Delery.
