Washington Parish schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday, a school official said.

Bogalusa City Schools will be closed Tuesday through Thursday, and possibly Friday. BCS Interim Superintendent Toni Breaux said teachers and supervisors are required to report to work Thursday to assess damage at the schools. Breaux added parents will be contacted if schools are closed Friday. She added that if parents do not receive a call, that means schools will be open Friday
