James “Lennie” Echeverria, of Bogalusa, born Nov. 24, 1957, died Tuesday, July 17, 2012.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Carolyn and Dennis Thomas of Bush; a sister, Terri Echeverria of Bush; a special niece, Bre Echeverria of Bush; an uncle, Trusty Jenkins; a daughter, Amy, and her husband, Jake Beck of Gonzales; and two sons, Jeremy and Cody Echeverria of Praireville.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Ester Lee Jenkins.

A memorial service will be held Thursday, July 26 at Bagnell Funeral Home, located on Lee Road in Covington, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.
