For their annual November service project, members of the Spartanette Service Club visit the elderly in the community before Thanksgiving and present them with gift certificates to local restaurants.

The members enjoy watching the elderly because many of them spend the holidays alone. The Spartanettes decided on gift certificates instead of gift bags this year because they wanted the elderly to enjoy a good holiday meal without having to cook.

This is one of the club’s favorite service projects.
