Sabiston to receive top citizen award

The 2014 Outstanding Franklinton Citizen of the Year will be officially honored Sunday during an awards reception at 3 p.m. at Cententary United Methodist Church in Franklinton.
The recipient is Rod Sabiston, the director of the Franklinton Community Theatre. Everyone is invited to attend the reception to congratulate Sabiston on his achievement.
